Castlerock, Burger King & Flat White Coffee Store, East Midlands Airport

PMS Electrical were proud to be awarded the electrical contract for the entire first floor Restaurant & Bar area at East Midlands International Airport. Working from November through Christmas, the PMS Electrical team completed the Castle Rock Bar & Restaurant, Burger King Restaurant and Flat White Coffee Stores, to guarantee the opening in January 2015. PMS electrical have also carried out complete electrical installations to other sites at East Midlands Airport in recent years, working on;

Watches of Switzerland, Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport

PMS Electrical were proud to be awarded the electrical contract in the new Watches of Switzerland store at Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport. The store encapsulated multiple flagship watch brands from all over the world. PMS Electrical completed the electrical installation within 8 weeks, taking control of the specialist brands and delivering the electrical and specialist elements to the store, to ensure the programme was completed on time and to the client’s specification.

Collections, T5 Heathrow Airport

PMS Electrical were appointed by World Duty Free Group in November 2015 to carry out the electrical contract works at Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport. As you will see from the photographs below, this was a new design concept by the World Duty Free Group’s new owners, Dufry. The contract was completed within 8 weeks, starting November 2015 with completion January 2016. The intricate tiered ceilings with multiple backlit LED lighting, leading down into a bespoke crystal chandelier as a centrepiece ensured the store was designed and completed to the highest specification possible.

Fortnum & Mason Store & Bar

PMS Electrical were awarded the electrical contract of Fortnum & Mason flagship Store and bespoke Bar located at Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport. With works taking around 5 months to complete, PMS carried out works to the Store and the Back of House Kitchen supplying Food to the Bar. All of the specialist lighting to the store and bar were supplied by PMS, working with lighting designers ‘Inverse Lighting’ to ensure the design was to the highest standard.

Rolex, Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport

In 2015, PMS were awarded the main electrical contract for the new ‘Rolex’ Store in Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport. PMS completed power and lighting requirements, including the first-fix wiring to allow the music, data, security and CCTV systems to be installed. PMS will also return to site and carry out the remaining electrical work until completion.

The new Rolex, Terminal 5 Store is due to open in August, 2016. Please keep an eye out on our website for further updates!

WDF Gatwick South Terminal

PMS Electrical began work in April 2012 on a 25,000 sq. feet airside fit out of the new World Duty Free's flagship store in Gatwick Airport’s South Terminal international departure lounge.

The fast track contract taking 14 weeks to complete was a 7 day contract using 16 fully airside passed PMS operatives on this contract. PMS Electrical installed and managed all power and lighting installations plus all specialist works including; fire alarm, PAVA System, 25 year Hellerman warranted data wiring, CCTV and access control wiring, H&V BMS control wiring, audio and visual specialist wiring.

Being an integral part of the largest World Duty Free installation in the UK was a fantastic achievement for PMS. Ensuring this contract was completed on time was our priority with our management team being permanently available on site to make sure any problems were quickly turned into solutions.

Works completed witnessed and commissioned on program in July 2012. PMS Electrical were proud to be associated with this prestigious installation.
