PMS Electrical have been carrying out high street retail fit outs for the last 20 years, ranging from large shopping centre mall refurbishments and multi floor department stores to stand alone shops, kiosks and pop up units. We pride ourselves in our ability to be competitively working anywhere in the UK. Having a team of electricians based all over the UK allows us fast response UK Coverage that keeps our contracts cost effective to the end user.

As well as all of the above, we work alongside many shopfitters on roll out work where our expertise has allowed clients to trust us with carrying out all of their work in all areas of the UK.

Providing a competitive one stop service to our clients encompassing electrical installations, data installations, fire alarms, burglar alarms, aerial and satellite installations, door access, BMS and NICEIC periodic and installation testing it allows us to take the hassle of multiple trades on sites away from the client /shopfitter and making sure, through our contract management, the contract runs smoothly and above all is commissioned and finishes on time.

Full O&M information including electronic and hard copies of all equipment, as fitted drawings, test certification and maintenance requirements are given at handover on each contract, which assists the client or shopfitting company to close the contract down quickly and more smoothly at the end.

Airport and High Street General Maintenance

PMS Electrical also have an electrical maintenance division, where we service clients electrical maintenance required by; re-lamping, light fitting / ballast replacements and full NICEIC periodic inspections, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing. We hold passes for every airport in the UK and work on the permit system with BAA and Gatwick airports.
